Refund policy

Each tribe:collie piece is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we can’t offer exchanges for sizing issues - so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives with a printing fault or doesn’t match your order, we’ll of course make it right.

Ordered the wrong size? Get in touch - we’re always happy to help with a discounted replacement where possible.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

As each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering. 
If something arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll put it right. And if you need a different size, drop us a message - we’ll always do our best to help with a discounted re-order.

Returns Process
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch before sending anything back. We’ll let you know the best way to proceed.

Unapproved returns may not be accepted. As all items are made to order, we’re only able to accept returns in cases of faults, damage, or errors.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

EU customers normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, this doesn’t apply to items made to order. Every tribe:collie piece is produced especially for you once an order is placed, so we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns once production has begun. If there’s an issue with your order - a fault, damage, or printing error, we’ll always make it right

Refunds

Because all of our items are made to order, we don’t offer refunds for sizing issues or change-of-mind once an order has entered production.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll review the issue. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
