Order Processing
All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it typically enters production within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, shipping times are estimated as follows:
UK Orders

International Orders

Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
